The Merchant Navy Officers Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Karachi, also known as MNOCHS, is on ideal Housing Society located at Sector 15-A, Scheme-33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi, Pakistan.The Society was registered under Sector 10 of the Cooperative Societies Act 1925 vide registration No. K-601, dated 10-03-1968, with the aims & objects to providing residential facilities to the Officers of the Pakistan Merchant Navy.
The society is allotted 50 Acres land by the Board of Revenue, Government of Sindh Karachi. The Sale Agreement as well as Transferred Deed as been executed on 27-10-1987 between the Government of Sindh through Deputy Commissioner, Karachi East and the Society.
The Society paid full Cost of Land to the Government and also paid full Outer Development Charges. The revised Layout Plan of the Society was approved by the Master Plan Group of Offices, Karachi vide letter No. URP/ Sector 15-A/MPGO/2010/UDL, dated 02-09-2010.

The society is managed by a board of directors elected by its members, who are responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the society. The society also has a residents committees and a Masjid Committee to look after and solve the problems of the Society.
